What is the Free 6-Month Repair Offer?
Every new packraft purchased from Pack Raft Australia comes with up to three free repairs for hull or floor damage within six months of purchase. Postage costs are paid by the customer.
Does the offer cover all damage?
No. Components like valves, seats, spray decks, and zippers are excluded, as well as major structural damage, burns, or deliberate misuse. This repair offer is intended as a fair-use benefit for our customers. Pack Raft Australia may, at its discretion, update or adjust the policy over time to ensure it remains fair and sustainable.
Can I extend repair coverage beyond 6 months?
Yes. We offer an optional low-cost add-on to extend repair coverage for peace of mind beyond the free period.
Do I have to send my packraft overseas for repairs?
No. All repairs are handled locally in Australia by our experienced team in our dedicated repair and servicing workshop. This means faster turnaround times and the peace of mind that your raft is cared for by specialists who know packrafts inside and out.
