We're not a general outdoor shop that happens to stock packrafts. Pack Raft Australia has been dedicated to packrafting since 2014, and it's all we do. We paddle these rivers ourselves, we know this gear inside and out, and we back every boat we sell with genuine local expertise and after-sales care that no other Australian retailer can offer.
Why Pack Raft Australia
Australia's Only Dedicated Packraft Repair Workshop
Australia's only dedicated packraft repair and servicing workshop. Run by experienced packrafters who know these boats and know exactly what it takes to fix them properly. From basic tube patches through to TiZip replacements and self-bailer conversions, we handle it all in-house and ship repairs back to customers Australia wide.
Expert Advice From People Who Actually Paddle
You're talking with paddlers who have paddled rivers across Australia and around the world. We know which boats suit which paddlers and which trips, and we'll tell you honestly if something isn't the right fit for what you're trying to do.
Local Stock. Fast Dispatch. No Surprises.
All packrafts ship directly from our workshop in Central Victoria. No international freight, no customs delays, no unexpected import duties on arrival. Pricing on our website is in Australian dollars and includes all applicable GST and import duties for Australian based customers. There are no hidden costs at checkout.
Authorised Alpacka Raft Agent
As an authorised Alpacka Raft agent for Australia, we handle warranty assessments locally for Pack Raft Australia customers. If your boat has a genuine manufacturing defect, send it to us and we'll assess it here in Australia. No need to ship it back to Colorado.
