Alpacka Raft DIY Thigh Strap Kits

Add comfort, performance, and control to your Alpacka Raft with a thigh strap kit.

Choose “Option 3 - Thigh Strap” only kit if your Alpacka Raft already has suitable attachment points preinstalled.

• 2 x 4 way adjustable Alpacka Raft Thigh Straps

Choose “Option 6 - Thigh Strap kit with attachments + Backband” if your Alpacka Raft requires the DIY installation of suitable attachment points.

• 2 x Multi point attachment strip plate

• 2 x double D-ring plates (suitable for attaching adjustable Alpacka Raft backband)

• 2 x Ankle attachment point plates

• 1 x Alpacka Raft Adjustable Foam Backband

• NOTE: If you are intending to install this kit into an Alpacka Raft Caribou or another packraft which does not already have two rear strap plates, you will need to add these to the kit for the backband stabilising elastic cord. Available here, select “Strap Plate” option qty 2 required

Notes: These kits are for DIY installation only and do not include installation instructions. You should have experience installing permanent attachments to your packraft and how to locate the various attachment points if you purchase a self install kit. PLEASE NOTE: INSTALLATION IN OLDER ALPACKA RAFTS, SPECIFICALLY FITTED WITH WHITEWATER OR CRUISER SPRAY DECKS, MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR DIFFICULT TO GLUE DUE TO THE STANDARD PLACEMENT OF THE TOP ATTACHMENT POINTS ON THE SIDE TUBES.
