Alpacka Raft’s simple inflatable whitewater foot brace is the perfect addition and/or replacement for shortening up your cockpit and providing a bit more stability and control in whitewater.

Pack Raft Australia currently stock two types of foot pillow.

• The Whitewater Series option is a like-for-like replacement of the foot pillow which ships with all Whitewater Series boats (Wolverine, Gnarwhal (+ Expedition). This is a smaller foot pillow which allows for bracing in whitewater boats, but lets your heels sit lower for a better suited whitewater paddling position. A small plastic toggle on the inflatable foot pillow attaches to the factory installed toggle adapter fitted on whitewater boats (i.e. Gnarwhal/Wolverine/Expedition) from 2019 onwards. This option is suitable for the following models: Whitewater Series: Whitewater Spraydeck, Removable Whitewater Spray Deck, Self Bailer: Gnarwhal, Wolverine, (+Expedition).

• The Classic Series option is the same foot pillow used in the Classic, Mule and Caribou Self Bailing boats. This is a longer infatable foot pillow which connects to the self bailing floor sleeve via a metalic hook connection. This foot pillow raises your heels off the raft floor, and has a tapered inflation profile which increases the height towards the bow. This pillow is suitable for the boats it’s designed for, or for those paddlers who prefer having their heels higher up in the raft and off the wet self bailing floors. This pillow is suitable for the following models: Classic Self Bailers, Mule Self Bailers, Caribou Self Bailer (+ can be retrofitted to Gnarwhal & Wolverine Self Bailers)
