Our NRS Zen PFD is a low-profile rescue jacket with all the features essential to assist guides and experienced paddlers in general river guiding and swiftwater rescue situations. The Zen rescue draws from the popular NRS Ninja PFD design, but adds features and functions suitable for experienced paddles, including additional front clam-shell storage pocket with integrated internal daisy chain, for stashing carabiners, prusiks, chapstick, river knives and more. Next up, soft plush hand warming nook for those chilly river days. And neatly stashed behind the hand warmers, a larger dual side zippered internal pocket large enough for your flip line or small throw line. The NRS Zen is the perfect rescue vest for group leaders and paddling guides and all combined into a comfortable protective PFD.

  • The NRS Zen is classed as a Type V life jacket delivering 8.4kg of flotation.

  • Based on the popular NRS Ninja PFD, the low-profile design of the Zen allows unrestricted range of motion.

  • Floating front panel moves freely with your upper body and padded arm holes and sides provide crucial impact protection.

  • The fully-featured rescue vest includes reinforced shoulder straps, 1 1/2" quick-release rescue belt with a releasable carabiner attachment loop for a tow tether, strobe attachment and lash tab.

  • A compartmentalised clamshell front pocket is big enough to stow and organize a small first aid kit or other rescue essentials.

  • The hand warmer has an integrated pocket with zippered closure for additional quick-access storage.

  • Six adjustment points for a customizable fit.
