Kokatat Legacy GORE-TEX PRO Dry Suit

The Legacy dry suit is the new foundation of Kokatat's dry suit collection. The front-entry design of the Legacy is constructed using the all new GORE-TEX Pro fabric ((2021) which Kokatat developed in collaboration with GORE-TEX, to make a lighter weight, more rugged and durable suit. The Legacy features latex gaskets with protective neoprene punch through neck and neoprene lined adjustable wrist cuff guards, an adjustable bungee drawstring waist cord, and a streamlined leg pattern. The suit features nylon waterproof entry and relief zippers, protected from abrasion via zipper flaps, along with integrated GORE-TEX PRO socks, to keep your feet toasty and dry.

Sizing

Note: As a general rule, we’ve found Kokatat’s standard sizing is predominately based /matched on the paddlers height and the corresponding (S,M,L,XL). The Kokatat standard sized suits fit most people without custom modifications. If you’re body shape is dramatically different in sizing, compare your measurements to the sizing chart. If you do require Kokatat Custom Sizing for your suit, please email us to assist you.

KOKATAT DRYSUIT GARMENT CARE & MAINTENANCE

Kokatat Drysuits are a high quality technical garment, and as such require periodic maintenance and care. Like most other multi-layer waterproof garments, GORE-TEX Pro fabrics require regular washing as per care instructions to ensure your suit is free from grit, grime and grease which may naturally occur through body perspiration and/or regular river/ocean use. In addition to washing, Kokatat drysuits are fitted with Latex Rubber gaskets on the garment openings. These are designed to create a supple, tight seal around your neck, wrist (and ankles for suits without integrated socks). Inspection and maintenance of your gaskets will prevent leaks and premature ageing of these components. Kokatat Drysuits Exchanges for sizing:

We appreciate purchasing a quality drysuit is an investment, and we want you to be both dry and comfortable paddling in your new Kokatat drysuit. Drysuit sizing is primarily based on overall paddler height, so start here when viewing the full sizing chart. Suit sizing is such to accomodate for layered clothing under the garment, with a loose relaxed fit. We want you to get the correctly fitting suit first up, so if you have questions or concerns on sizing, please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can happily assist.

Pack Raft Australia keeps select stock in various sizes/colours across our Kokatat drysuit range and updates product listings accordingly. In-season (late Winter through Spring) we generally have more sizes/colour options available, with stock on hand. Additional sizing may also be available from our Australian Kokatat supplier.

Should you find the ordered sizing is either too small or large, we happily offer an exchange for an alternative size in line with our exchange policy. Please ensure all tags remain on the suit and you avoid animal fur (i.e. keep the suit in an as new condition) until you are 100% sure the suit is right for you. We ask that while trying on a new drysuit, please only wear clean socks/clothing and remain on the carpet, a rug or a clean floor. Makeup, sunscreen and the like can leave blemish marks or stains on garments when trying on, so please take adequate measure to avoid this. Should a suit be returned for exchange, a restocking fee may be applied for any blemished/marked goods which are not returned in a like new, resalable condition.

We’re a required size is not currently in-stock or inventory available from the supplier, we may offer to Special Order said sizing in for you (please note Special Order drysuits may have a production lead time, depending on current manufacturer stock availability) or an alternative model/colour may be offered.

Warranty

All Kokatat products are fully guaranteed to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable life of the item. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at Kokatat’s option. Repairs due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, etc., will be made for a reasonable charge. Latex gaskets are not covered by the Kokatat warranty. There is a 2 year limited warranty on all Hydrus 2.5 suits. Kokatat specifically disavows any other representative warranty or liability relative to the condition or use of the product.
