Pack discipline starts here because when it comes to increasing mileage on extended adventures, every cubic cm counts. HMG designed stackable Pods as a key organizational, space-saving, and weatherproofing tool. Pods fit perfectly into the HMG Porter packs, leaving no inch unused. Ultralight Pods also allow you to organize your pack system more efficiently, and the clamshell design makes it easy to find items quickly. Hand-built using 100% waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabric (formerly Cuben Fiber) and a water-resistant zipper, they help weatherproof your pack system.

The Pack Raft Australia team love using the HMG Pods for organising clothing and food on longer trips. These fit well into the Porter Series Packs and still allow room for stuffing in paddle shafts and accessories. A good item, and weigh bugger all. Also gives a bit more weather protection to items like down jackets and other essential clothing you want to keep dry and protected from the elements. The Small size is slightly shorter in height only, and works well for food or small clothing items. The large works well for bulkier items like a down jacket or a couple fleeces. We like to have at least one of each size on hand for more efficient packing and organising.
